Dungeon Master and Board Game Hosting
Dungeon Master service: cinematic one-shots, mini-arcs, or long-form campaigns tailored to your tone—heroic, gritty, whimsical, or anything between. Supported systems include Dungeons & Dragons 5E and selected indie titles, with session zeros, custom hooks, tactical encounters, puzzles, and optional props.
Board Game Hosting: we curate titles that fit your group size, timeframe, and play style—cooperative, party, strategy, or family-friendly. Expect fast teach-and-play intros, rule adjudication, pacing support and complete setup and cleanup for a frictionless event.
What to expect before, during, and after your event
Start with a quick consultation to learn your preferences, player count, and schedule. We follow with a proposal outlining scope, session length, and any add-ons, then secure your date with a deposit. On the day, we arrive early to set up; we bring rulebooks, dice, player aids, and scenario materials, while you provide a table, seating, and a distraction-friendly space.
Pricing is offered per session or hourly with group-size tiers. Sessions include custom character sheets, bespoke scenarios, minis/terrain, and premium props.
Rescheduling windows, late-arrival grace periods, and overtime rates are detailed at booking. Cancellations follow a clear policy communicated in advance. Our Terms of Service specify: No Guarantees of Satisfaction and No Refunds.

Game hosting where you need it
We serve private groups, offices, and event venues throughout the DFW Metroplex, offering on-site hosting for home gatherings, corporate team-building, conventions, and special celebrations. Travel fees may apply based on distance and load-in requirements within the DFW Metroplex.
If your venue is outside central areas of the DFW Metroplex, we coordinate logistics such as parking, load-in times, and venue rules to ensure a smooth setup. We also offer online sessions for groups located across or near the DFW Metroplex who prefer remote play.
