Dallas Dungeon Master provides in-person board game hosting led by a single, dedicated facilitator. I hand-pick titles to match your group’s size, interests, and time frame, teach the rules quickly, and keep the action moving so everyone can dive right into the fun.
Expect a curated library spanning party icebreakers, cooperative adventures, family-friendly hits, and strategy classics. I serve as rules explainer, table coach, and event MC, managing player rotation, pacing, and fair play while your guests focus on enjoying themselves.
From consultation to game night
We start with a brief planning chat to learn your goals, headcount, ages, accessibility needs, and theme. Based on that, I design a tailored lineup—ranging from casual drop-in play to structured mini-tournaments—so the night flows smoothly from the first shuffle to the final score.
On event day, I arrive early to set up, provide player aids, and stage multiple tables if needed. During the session, I teach, facilitate, and troubleshoot rules, track progress, keep energy high, and wrap with clean, orderly teardown; typical bookings run 2–4 hours for groups from small parties to larger gatherings.
Simple scheduling with clear policies
Dallas Dungeon Master is a one-person operation with limited availability. To secure your date, reach out with your preferred time window and group details; booking is confirmed once payment is received. Advance notice is recommended, but I accommodate short-notice requests when possible.
Rates reflect the scope of your event, including preparation, on-site hosting time, and the size and complexity of the game lineup. Every booking includes curation, rule instruction, facilitation, setup and teardown, and access to the game library; venue, tables, chairs, and refreshments are the host’s responsibility.
By booking, you agree to the Terms of Service: No Guarantees of Satisfaction and No Refunds. Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability and a change fee. The host is not liable for lost or damaged personal items; client is responsible for venue suitability and for any damage to games or equipment. All sessions are in-person.

Where I host and what your venue needs
I travel on-site throughout the DFW Metroplex to host at homes, offices, community spaces, and event venues. Please ensure easy access for loading and unloading within the DFW Metroplex, including nearby parking or a loading zone for timely setup.
To deliver the best experience in the DFW Metroplex, plan for adequate table space, comfortable seating, good lighting, and a relatively quiet area so rules can be heard. A stable, waist-height surface per group and power access for timers or small accessories are helpful.
For larger gatherings across the DFW Metroplex, designate zones for different game types, provide name badges or table signs, and schedule short breaks to keep play flowing. If your venue has security or check-in requirements in the DFW Metroplex, please share details in advance.
